Mr. Thomas has served as a Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas since 1995, a role that reflects his long-standing reputation for integrity, financial oversight, and legal precision. In addition to bankruptcy administration, his career includes military justice service and admissions to some of the highest courts in the nation.
